Ayahuasca Ceremony
Listening Beyond Words
Ayahuasca has been used for generations by indigenous peoples of the Amazon as a tool for healing, learning, and connection. At Whispers of the Jungle, ceremonies are guided by experienced Shipibo and Mestizo healers who work with traditional songs, known as Icaros, to support and guide the process. Each ceremony unfolds in its own way, inviting reflection, insight, and a deeper relationship with oneself. We approach this tradition with respect, careful preparation, and ongoing integration, creating a safe and grounded environment for meaningful experiences.

Plant Diet
Singing to the plants
The plant dieta is one of the most important and respected practices within Amazonian healing traditions. During a dieta, a person enters into a dedicated relationship with a specific medicinal plant while following a period of simplicity, solitude, and dietary restrictions. Rather than seeking quick results, the process is approached as a form of learning — a way of listening, observing, and developing a deeper connection with both nature and oneself. Guided by experienced healers, a dieta can offer valuable insights, personal growth, and a profound understanding of the wisdom carried by the plants.
Kambo
Cleansing your Soul and Body
Kambo is a traditional Amazonian practice used to support cleansing, resilience, and well-being. Applied in a guided setting, it offers a direct and often powerful experience that many people describe as both challenging and refreshing. Although different from plant medicines such as Ayahuasca, Kambo is valued by many as a way to clear physical and mental heaviness and reconnect with a greater sense of energy and presence. All sessions are optional and conducted with respect for both tradition and individual readiness.
